- In certain situations, Adtalem has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the BingoTraders Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Right to Data Portability
At your request, we will provide you free of charge with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format, if:
- You provided us with personal data;
- The processing of your personal data is based on your consent or required for the performance of a contract; or
- The processing is carried out by automated means.
